Early Sunny Sunday - 2011.2011

So today is a special day for wedding birds! 20/11/2011 - 2011.2011! No wonder we saw lotsa wedding cars on the road this morning.

Got up super early this morning like around 9am-ish and i cannot seems to get back to bed no matter how i toss and turned. So caalled Boyf and he was facing the same problem too, got up to pee and can't get back to sleep. Lol! So we both decided to meet up earlier. Since we got up early, we went to the Morning Bak Kut Tea for Breakfast cum Lunchie. It's located at Hong Lim Market if you guys are wondering. It's the best black-based Bak Kut Teh. They are very generous with their soup and they are really cheap! Hmm...ok, cheap doesn't sounds that nice, let's put it as worth-it? We ordered so much and it's only $13!



Here's what we had, Bak Kut Teh on extreme left, braised pork, youtiao, salted veggies and two bowls of rice. I really love this place for black-based soup and Founder bak kut teh from Balestier, for the clear-based one. Actually there is also a nice place at Nex Shopping Mall but they are really stingy on soup portions. The bowl they served in, is super pathethic. Although they have lotsa different choices in terms of ingredients to go along with, when you ask for a re-fill of the soup, they will just bring a small coffee cup and re-fill for you with the same pathetic amount.



Then we went shopping and foot reflexology!





We decided to camp at home after that for our drama marathon and we ordered Domino's for dinner.

Wow! I'm so proud of myself! Been updating my blog daily like i promised too hehe..



We shall see how long this goes LOL! I remember i used to blog almost daily. That was way before starting out on YouTube. I love keeping track of memories going on in my life. Shall we bring this back??!! Wahahhaas!

So i have a love-hate relationship with the rain recently. It has been raining very often here and yesss i do love it when it rains cuz it would be super cold, which i love (ya knw, SG is soo HOT) and apart from that, i like to hear the raindrops of the rain too hehehe! But at the same time, it can be really irritating!!! Every time when i'm about the leave the house, it started raining heavily! It's like every morning i have to like race with the weather while getting myself prepared. Angryyyy! Anddddd my car gets sooo freaking dirty every time it rains. The worst thing is when i just had my car washed the day before. FML!  


Sometimes i do miss the sun.....



Alrites enough of rain ramblings....met up with boyf for dinner today. We had Sushi at a nearby mall then back to his home for drama marathon.



Saw this Ice-cream place which says " Life is hard, ENJOY SOFT" ! Aeysssss...not everyone likes it soft okayssss *dirty joke* ヾ(>ω<*)ﾉﾞhehehehehe!



Boyf and his Dinosaur something....i forgot lol but kinda embarrassed when ordering it. Sounds so kiddish hahahaha!


So i got a love package from Cydia today & if you guys dont know already, Cydia and i have ben sending each other love packages every now & then hehehe. That girl is like my bestie!
Look at what she got mi! She dare Boyf and i to eat this. Ewwwww!



Thanks for the gifts Cyd...cannot wait to try them! Omgosh thats the Revlon lip butter that is so hype on YT now. And that Mabelline lip blam, we have it here in Singapore too. Its like the Asia Version.


Design is the same but packaging of the cap is different if you can see from the pic. Left is the asia one. And another difference is that the asia ones are just normal lip blams but the ones that you can get in the States are like Tinted Lipblams! I prefer the packaging too! It's fatter and looks more cute! Love the colour too, baby pink! Aw thanks Cydiaaaa! Lol how cute, i send her our version ones and she got mi theirs.


She also got mi some wet & wild goodies!! Those palettes are sooo pretty! Love the purple & blue ones!




The above pic looks nice because i hide the flaws of it....one of the palette actually cracked i the mail and its the brown one. One of the shadows cracked but i manage to clean up the whole palette which was really dirty. It's from my bestie and i cannot just throw it away. Hehe thank you Cydia! Hope you get mine soon!


 
Oh and Boyf's Mom aka Mama Ong (hahaha i called her that) gave mi these Dried Guavas. They are my favourite and she knows i like them! How sweet right.. i only like the yellow ones, the greyish white ones aren't that noms! No idea where she got it but this one is damnnn nice! Not too hard, not too soft, loves!

11th November 2011 - 11.11.11

Hey everyone, today is 11.11.11! Lotsa people getting married on this special day! So yeah there are certain beliefs that the number 1111, represents hope & good luck. Whenever you see the number 1111, make a wish! I have no idea how true this is haha it's just up to individuals to believe i guess?..

Went Bedok 85 with the Boyf and his Mom for dinner. I mega love the food there! Hawker food is still the best!


Bar Chor Mee - This is called the Mince Meat Noodles. A very old-school looking one. Just noodles, minced meat, meat balls and thats it! Nowadays Mince Meat Noodles comes with ingredients like mushrooms, liver, fish cakes etc...too commonly seen. But i love this! Simple yet tasty! Bf told mi this stall was around for like 30 years, he's been eating it since he was a little kid! hahaha!


Satay is a must when you dine at places like this - I eat Satay on its own without the peanut sauce. Mi no likey!


Grill Chicken Wings is sooo loved!!
